Refund & Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy sets out when and how you can return products and receive a refund.

Your right to cancel

Under EU consumer law you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, food and supplement products must be returned unopened, sealed and in their original condition, for health and safety reasons.

Faulty or damaged items

If any product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saleshypeire@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to request a return

Email saleshypeire@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
